ABOUT
Hi, I’m Lital — a mover, a maker, a forever student of the body, and a believer in the magic of connection.
Two years ago, I gave myself permission to fully walk the path of yoga — not just as a practice, but as a way of being.
Before that, I worked as a project manager, juggling deadlines, meetings, and the ever-elusive work-life balance. Even during those fast-paced years, yoga was always there: my grounding ritual, my creative outlet, my space to breathe and reconnect.
I began teaching yoga in the evenings, carving out time between spreadsheets and flows. Slowly, I discovered how much joy I found in guiding others through movement and mindfulness.
What started over a decade ago as a personal practice eventually became a deeper part of my life. In 2015, I became a certified Hatha Yoga instructor. Since then, yoga has been the space where I reconnect, restore, and support others in doing the same.
I’m endlessly fascinated by how every body moves differently. Supporting people on their unique journeys — watching them soften, strengthen, explore, and come home to themselves — is something I feel deeply honored to be part of.
My approach is playful, compassionate, and rooted in presence. I believe yoga isn’t about achieving the perfect pose. It’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are and letting breath and movement guide the way.
When I’m not on the mat, you’ll probably find me outside: hiking, cycling, exploring new places, or creating something with my hands. I love to travel, craft, and soak in the beauty of different cultures and landscapes.
At the heart of it all, I believe that every person we meet crosses our path for a reason. Maybe we’re here to learn from one another. Maybe we’re just here to share a moment of breath.
Either way, I’m grateful you’re here!
Let’s explore this practice together — with curiosity, kindness, and joy.
See you on the mat,
Lital Altmark
